No deposit is required to make a booking.
Do I pay before the incursion?
You do not have to pay before the incursion. If you would like to pay before the incursion or by a certain date, let us know and we will email an invoice.
Can we get an invoice?
An invoice is normally emailed near the incursion date, prepayment is not required. Invoices are emailed directly through Xero.
Our invoice will need a PO Number
Not a problem. Just send it through and we will ensure it is on the invoice.
Can I pay with credit card?
Yes, but there is handling fee associate with credit card payments.
Payment with bank transfer does not incur any additional fees.
Birthday Party FAQ
What time do I start the party?
Please start the party at least 30min before the animals. This will ensure all the guests have arrived before the show starts.
How early do you arrive to set up?
We have very little to set up for the Wildlife and Bug parties, so only arrive 5min before our scheduled start time.
The Rock Pool party requires more set up time, we will arrive about 20min before our scheduled start time.
Can we have the party outside?
Yes. As a general rule, if the kids are comfortable with the weather the animals are too.
The Rock Pool party is outside only, as we need to tip all the water out at the end.
If the party is inside, will the animals make a mess?
Not likely, we carry the animals so they are not running around pooing on the floor.
Can we have the party at a park?
Yes, but please have an extreme weather backup plan (rain or heat). It is not fair on us to cancel the party the day before because it is raining or 35oC.
Can we have the party at your location?
We are a private zoo that is not open to the public. We can visit you at any location for your party.
How do I pay?
You can either pay cash on the day or bank transfer BEFORE the party. That is funds cleared before the party. Sorry we do not have credit card facilities.

Animals Galore and Bugs Galore – Yes, the animals come in about 6 small sized boxes so it very easy to move between rooms. A helper to carry a couple of boxes is always appreciated.
Rock Pools Galore – No, this program is best outside and bringing the children to us. There is a lot of equipment involved with this program, so moving between areas is impossible.

Rock Pool Galore – We have refined our set up specifically to have indoor library shows.
This program involves lots of water!
We put down rubber backed picnic rugs to catch any spilt water and have lots of towels around for the children to use.
At the end we use mini pumps to get all the water out of the rock pools and into containers for the water to be taken away. If we can have a door to outside nearby it will help with the pack up process.
